| Description | PGS Vietnam established in 2008 under ADDA-VNFU Organic Agriculture Development project. The system is involved by stakeholders including consumers, local government agents, farmers, retailers. Vietnam PGS system has adopted a very important role in assuring the quality of fresh foods such as vegetables, chicken, fruits, etc. in Hanoi market. Since project ended in 2012, without any financial support, currently farmers and retailers are paying fee for operating the system. Since July 2015 PGS Vietnam belong to Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association (VOAA). |
