The Organic office of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry within the Food Department is responsible for registration of organic entities (producers, supplies, certifiers, importers, etc.), policy and regulatory development, and liaise with international community on organic agriculture government policy issues. The office advises the Minister and Parliament on organic agriculture issues.
